Pinkberry Introduces New Pinkbee’s Cookie Butter


Fro-yo girl here. Pinkberry is welcoming the new year with a new Pinkbee’s milk ice cream flavor, Cookie Butter. Think speculoos and crispy Lotus Biscoff cookies. Yum.

Pinkbee’s Cookie Butter is a reduced fat, milk ice cream. It must be made with Biscoff cookies because it definitely has that caramelized flavor, but it’s light and creamy. Pinkberry also had cookie crumbs to add texture.

Last year their first new flavor was Pinkbee’s Chocolate. In January 2016, it was Pinkbee’s Strawberry.
