White Rabbit Ice Cream Bar Review

Fro-yo girl here. I’ve been eyeing the GuangMing White Rabbit Ice Cream Bars for the last few years, but I didn’t want to buy an entire box of five bars. Fortunately, Good Fortune Supermarket in Alhambra sells them individually. White Rabbit bars are $2.99 each.

The bars are imported and a product of the Shanghai Yimin Food Factory in Shanghai, China. They’re made with milk and butter.

The packaging is cute because it looks like a giant White Rabbit candy. The ice cream bar is cylindrical, and it looks like a giant White Rabbit candy! It also smells and tastes like White Rabbit candy. If you’ve had White Rabbit candy, you would recognize the taste immediately. The bar was firm and didn’t melt quickly. I was amazed that it was also slightly chewy, like the candy. It tastes milky and sweet. Wow, I didn’t know an ice cream bar could be so similar to White Rabbit candy.
