Limited Time Only Froyo Offering from the Hello Kitty Cafe

Fro-yo girl here. I missed the March announcement that the Hello Kitty Grand Café in Irvine, CA introduced froyo! The post announcing the NEW Cinnamoroll Horchata Froyo was made on March 12, right around the time of all the coronavirus craziness. The froyo was supposed to be available only in March, but the café was closed from March – June 19. Now it seems like they’ll have horchata froyo throughout the summer (no end date has been mentioned).

Limited time only froyo that’s kawaii has my name written all over it. I haven’t seen any pictures of this froyo other than the ones posted by the Hello Kitty Café account. I’ve been wanting to go to the Hello Kitty Café anyway.

There’s one option: Cinnamoroll horchata froyo ($6), mini size with a mini Cinnamoroll sugar cookie. It was cute and a good amount of froyo. The froyo was smooth but icy. It did taste like horchata and was very sweet. The cinnamon flavor wasn’t too strong. It was OK, not great but cute. The sugar cookie was just okay too – with a royal icing. At least the froyo and cookie weren’t terrible and I have cute pictures to remember them by.

The Cinnamoroll Meet & Greet scheduled for March 20 has been postponed. No new date has been announced. Afternoon tea service resumed but only outdoors – indoor dining isn’t allowed.

Cinnamoroll Horchata Froyo is available only at Hello Kitty Café Irvine.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
