2026 Froyo Wish List

Fro-yo girl here. Happy Froyo New Year!

A new year means a fresh froyo wish list. But before I reveal my new froyo wishes, let’s check in on how last year’s hopes turned out.

Recap of 2025 Wishes

Wish #1: Yo-Chi is thriving in Australia and has no international presence. I’d love to see them in Los Angeles.

Update: Well, Yo-Chi did expand outside of Australia in 2025, but they entered the market in Singapore, not the US. However, Australian-inspired froyo is making inroads outside of Australia at places like Mimi’s in NYC and Haydn’s in Toronto, Canada.

Wish #2: Whole Foods adds froyo to coffee bars. Many years ago, some Whole Foods locations did offer froyo, as did other grocery stores (e.g., Ralph’s, Safeway). It’s time for more froyo at upscale grocery stores. I want quality froyo.

Update: Whole Foods has not added froyo to its coffee bar, but I’m still hopeful for froyo at nice grocery bodegas.

Wish #3: Flat rate pricing for smaller cups at counter-serve shops. Froyo cups are too big, and prices keep going up. I’d like a small cup of froyo.

Update: No noticeable change. A special shout-out to Yoga-urt for always offering mini-sized froyo cups.

Wish #4: Pinkberry pops in the US. Why have these pops never been available in the US? They’ve been offered in many countries.

Update: Still no Pinkberry pops in the US. And it's hard to find good froyo pops in general. Yasso bars are fine, but don't taste like froyo.

Wish #5: Matcha froyo affogatos. I don’t usually order affogatos because I’m not sure that the espresso would complement the froyo, but I would order a matcha froyo affogato. It would also be easy to make at home.

Update: You could get these at the Montauk General Store pop-up, but they weren't widely available

2026 Froyo Wishes

Wish #1: International froyo invasion. It's asking a lot, but I would love to see some new international chains in the US, including Pick, Sour Sally, and Yo-Chi.

Wish #2
: Return of froyo to airports. The number of airport froyo shops have dwindled. It's time for a comeback.

Wish #3
: Froyo at fancy grocery bodegas in Los Angeles. It would be a way for a bodega to stand out. I could totally see froyo at Cookbook Market because they made their own froyo, served in prepacks, in the past. Sua Superette and The Canal Market already serve coffee. Froyo is way better than Swedish candy or Dubai chocolate strawberry cups. Erewhon's soft serve is too sweet. They should replace it with a good tart froyo.

Wish #4
: A new era of soy/tofu froyo. I love soy/tofu anything. Tofu gelato has gone viral in Singapore and is reaching other countries in Asia.

Keeping my fingers crossed for an amazing new year of froyo!

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

2025 Froyo Wish List

Happy Froyo New Year! It’s also time for my new froyo wish list. First, let’s see which of my 2024 froyo wishes came true.

Recap of 2024 Froyo Wishes

Wish #1: Smaller portion sizes at counter-serve shops. I haven’t noticed any change. Some places only offer one size that’s far too large.

Wish #2: Lower sugar options: I haven’t noticed any change.

Wish #3: I wanted to try Australian froyo but there still isn’t any in the US, as far as I know.

My 2024 froyo wishes didn’t come true and neither did my 2023 froyo wishes (i.e., Yoga-urt at Erewhon, Llaollao in California, Souvla in Los Angeles). Perhaps my wishes need to be more realistic?

There were some good things about this year: I attended several froyo shop grand openings, there were more new collectible froyo spoons than in 2023, and I visited three cities to try their froyo shops (Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Vancouver). I found some excellent supermarket froyo from TruJoy Yogurt (coming to California this year), Souvla started offering Greek froyo pints, and Souvla and Bi-Rite Creamery collaborated to create Walnut Baklava Cherry Swirl yogurt ice cream.

2025 New Froyo Wishes

Wish #1: Yo-Chi is thriving in Australia and has no international presence. I’d love to see them in Los Angeles. Australian coffee is having a moment (e.g., Bluestone Lane, Tectonic Coffee), so it’s time for some Australian froyo.

Wish #2: Whole Foods adds froyo to coffee bars. Many years ago, some Whole Foods locations did offer froyo, as did other grocery stores (e.g., Ralph’s, Safeway). Erewhon added plant-based soft serve to their coffee bars. It’s time for more froyo at upscale grocery stores. I want quality froyo. I don’t want to see froyo at a gas station mini mart.

Wish #3: Flat rate pricing for smaller cups. Froyo cups are too big and prices keep going up. I’d like a small cup of froyo and I don’t care if it’s self-serve or not.

Wish #4: Pinkberry pops in the US. Why have these pops never been available in the US? They’ve been offered in many countries.

Wish #5: Matcha froyo affogatos. I don’t usually order affogatos because I’m not sure that the espresso would complement the froyo, but I would order a matcha froyo affogato. It would also be easy to make at home.

Keeping my fingers crossed for an amazing new year of froyo. May you also have lots of wonderful froyo.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

2024 Froyo Wish List

Fro-yo girl here. Happy Froyo New Year! The new year brings new froyo hopes and dreams. Before I reveal my froyo wishes for 2024, I’d like to see which of my 2023 froyo wishes came true.

Recap of 2023 Froyo Wishes

  • Wish #1: Erewhon starts stocking Yoga-urt: This didn’t happen but Erewhon started offering soft serve at their Tonic Bars this year. Their soft serve is coconut-based, vegan, soy-free, organic, gluten-free, and kosher. I’ve tried it and it’s not as good as Yoga-urt’s. In Yoga-urt news, they started franchising this year and their first franchisee is opening in Granada Hills (San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles) later this year.
  • Wish #2: Llaollao opens in California: Llaollao is definitely still in expansion mode, but most of their new branches are in Asia and Spain. They still have just one location in the US, in Houston. At this rate, Yole may reach California first. They’re opening their first location in North America this year – in Toronto, Canada.
  • Wish #3: Souvla opens in Los Angeles: Souvla finally opened a branch outside of San Francisco, but it’s in Larkspur (Marin County). They have six locations and if you’re in San Jose, you can get their Greek froyo from DoorDash.

2024 Froyo Wishes

  • Wish #1: Smaller portion sizes: I noticed my coffee drinks have gotten much smaller this year. I wouldn’t mind seeing counter-serve froyo shops offer smaller cups of froyo. Some of them are far too large and some places only offer one size, large. When there’s only a large size available, the cup of froyo becomes a meal when I’d much rather have froyo as a snack or treat.
  • Wish #2: Lower sugar options: While there have been quite a few lower sugar froyo options at supermarkets, there aren’t that many in froyo shops. The ones at supermarkets tend to have sugar substitutes like monk fruit and Stevia. I don’t like those. The best NSA sweeteners are date syrup and agave nectar. I’d be fine with froyo that isn’t as sweet.
  • Wish #3: Australian froyo place opens in Los Angeles: Now that I’ve tried Israeli froyo, I’d like to try Australian froyo. Australia is known for the quality of its dairy products. Some of the Australian froyo shops (e.g., Yo-Chi, Frozen By A Thousand Blessings) look stylish and seem to offer high-quality froyo.
I was also pleasantly surprised by a few froyo developments in 2023, including:
  • Jeni's opens in Highland Park (Los Angeles): This location makes it very easy for me to get my rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt fix.
  • Jeni's launches frozen dessert sandwiches: Available exclusively at Whole Foods for now, the Key Lime Pie sandwich features super tangy key lime froyo and graham cracker cookies.
  • Gelatys yogurt pops: I found Gelatys at Pavilions and their yogurt gelato pops are surprisingly good. They're rich and tangy.
  • Yogurtland opens in East Pasadena: Yogurtland is back to having two locations in Pasadena. I was surprised to see the new branch open in East Pasadena.
  • L2 Tea Club's thick-cut froyo cubes: I was finally able to try froyo cubes, a trend that started in China years ago. It's still hard to find thick-cut yogurt/froyo cubes in the US.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

2023 Froyo Wish List

froyo machine & toppings, Anita Gelato, Tarzana

Fro-yo girl here. Happy Froyo New Year! And the new year means a new froyo wish list. But before I get to the new wishes, let’s see which of my 2022 froyo wishes came true.

Recap of 2022 Froyo Wishes

Purple Rice as a Froyo Topping: This didn’t happen. In fact, purple rice yogurt drinks didn’t catch on in the US and many of the Yomie’s Rice x Yogurt shops have closed or changed names. Yomie’s Rice x Yogurt in Arcadia became Der Tea. Yomie’s Temple City became Zhen Tea. Yomie’s San Gabriel closed. The only Yomie’s shops left in the area are in Rowland Heights and Tustin. The last few times I visited Yomie’s, the rice was hard. Other purple rice yogurt shops like From Yogurt in Alhambra, CA have also closed.

Trying Israeli and Australian Froyo: Anita Gelato, which started in Tel Aviv, opened in Tarzana in September and they brought their froyo! The frozen yogurt was silky smooth, dense, rich, and moderately tangy; a high quality froyo. The toppings were excellent and also truly unlimited (you can ask for topping refills). They make their own jams and sauces.

Pinkberry Pops: Pinkberry Pops (popsicles) are still available in other countries but not the US. While I didn’t have a Pinkberry Pop, I did get Pinkberry from a vending machine for the first time. Back in April, I got a cup of Pinkberry Original Tart from a vending machine in Arcadia, California. Eight Pinkberry vending machines were installed around Southern California this year. Most are in shopping malls and two at the Ontario International Airport. The first time I wished to be served by a froyo robot or vending machine was back in 2013!

Boba Froyo: I didn’t see any pints of froyo with tapioca pearls but L’Moon Creamery opened in Pasadena and they offer soft serve ice cream with tapioca pearls as a topping. Yogurtland offered brown sugar crystal boba as a topping this year! On another note, I lost interest in boba ice cream bars.

2023 Froyo Wishes

Many of my froyo wishes do eventually come true but they often take a few years. I feel like I’m running out of froyo wishes, so I’m going to share some old wishes that haven’t come true yet.

Erewhon starts stocking Yoga-urt: This could happen by offering pints of Yoga-urt or better yet, offering Yoga-urt at the Erewhon Coffee Bar. Perhaps they could even have an Erewhon exclusive Yoga-urt flavor!

Llaollao opening in California: llaollao is Europe’s largest froyo chain and I think the largest in Asia as well. They have one location in the US, in Houston. I’m still hoping to try it. Or maybe they’ll open one closer to me.

Souvla opens in Los Angeles: Souvla is conservative about opening new locations. They’re still only in the Bay Area but it wouldn’t be that much of a stretch to open in Los Angeles. This is a new wish that I’ve had on my mind for years but never included on a froyo wish list. Souvla has inspired many Greek/Mediterranean cafes to offer plain Greek froyo with Greek toppings but Souvla still does Greek froyo best.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

2022 Froyo Wish List

IG @koomiyoghurt

Fro-yo girl here. Happy Froyo New Year! And the new year means a new froyo wish list. But before I get to the new wishes, let’s see if any of my 2021 froyo wishes came true.

2021 Froyo Wishes

  • Erewhon starts stocking Yoga-urt: This hasn’t happened though Erewhon has added more plant-based ice cream brands.
  • More no sugar added froyo offerings: Yogurtland introduced a Pineapple & Greens Smoothie Bowl NSA soft serve in January 2021. And Pinkberry Nigeria introduced a Lite Chocolate NSA flavor. Those two flavors were the only new NSA flavors that I noticed.
  • More tea flavors: This kinda happened. Menchie’s Canada had four Bubble Yo froyo flavors, 16 Handles introduced Chai Tea oat milk soft serve, and Yogurtland’s Milk Tea froyo.

2022 Froyo Wishes

  • Purple Rice as a Froyo Topping: I’ve finally had purple rice yogurt drinks and they’re good but I haven’t had froyo with purple rice. It's a combination you can get at Koomi in Malaysia and Australia.
  • Trying Israeli and Australian Froyo: Right now I’d have to go to NYC to try some Israeli froyo but I hope Anita Gelato will open a location in the Bay Area or Los Angeles…or I make it to the one in NYC. Maybe an Australian froyo shop like Yo-Chi will decide to open in Los Angeles…seems unlikely but you never know.
  • Pinkberry Pops: Pinkberry Pops (popsicles) are available in other countries but not the US. Why???
  • Boba Froyo: You know how boba ice cream (ice cream with tapioca pearls) became a thing in 2020 and 2021? I’d like pints of froyo with tapioca pearls.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

2021 Froyo Wish List

Fro-yo girl here. Happy Froyo New Year! Now that it’s 2021, it’s time to revisit my 2020 froyo wishes and reveal my 2021 froyo wish list. First, a recap and update of my 2020 froyo wishes.

2020 wish #1: More fresh herbs and roots in froyo. There wasn’t a surge in herb and root flavored froyo, though Yogurtland did introduce a creative floral flavor with orange blossom, Orange Blossom White Peach light ice cream. Taro Frozen Yogurt in Bahrain introduced Beets froyo this year. I’m intrigued but Bahrain is so far away. I don’t think I’ll be traveling for quite some time.

2020 wish #2: More thoughtful toppings and froyo pairings. I didn’t see that much of this, but it was a strange year with fewer new froyo flavors and fewer new toppings as well. Many froyo shops didn’t even offer samples due to COVID-19. Many didn’t even bring back seasonal froyo flavors.

2020 wish #3: Menchie’s flavor finder. They finally launched the feature that I’ve been hoping for, only most Menchie’s locations in my area don’t report their daily flavors, so the feature is of limited usefulness. Sigh. I have to travel to the San Fernando Valley to reach the better Menchie’s locations (e.g., Valley Village, Burbank, Northridge, Encino, Sherman Oaks).

As people are eating more at home now and doing takeout, I’m hoping for some better supermarket froyo and it will probably be plant-based. I liked Yasso’s chocolate dipped bars (new this year) but they’re hard to find and I never found the peanut butter chocolate dipped Yasso bars. Jeni’s has wonderful froyo but it’s no longer called yogurt on the packaging.

My 2021 froyo wishes are:

Erewhon starts stocking Yoga-urt: I just started shopping at Erewhon this year. It isn’t too close, so I’m not a regular, but I noticed that they will carry local artisanal brands. Yoga-urt pints would be a perfect addition. Yoga-urt is local and their hand-crafted, small batch froyo is vegan, organic, gluten-free, soy-free, and all natural. It’s kosher too. I’m heading there for my first froyo of 2021 – to start the new year off right.

More no sugar added froyo offerings: I know I’ve been saying this for years, but a lot of froyo out there has too much sugar. I’d rather have more fat than more sugar. All that sugar masks the flavor of the other ingredients. And I don’t want monkfruit or Stevia sweetened offerings. Both taste awful. Dates are much better for natural sweetness.

More tea flavors: Love tea, love froyo. I’ve had matcha green tea, Thai tea, and milk tea froyo. But there’s so many other kinds of teas that would taste great in froyo form, such as oolong tea, jasmine tea, hojicha, and puerh.

One day I’d love to try Anita Gelato’s froyo (they opened in NYC this year), Australian purple rice yogurt drinks and Australian froyo, and Pick Kuwait’s froyo.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

My Froyo Wish List 2020

Fro-yo girl here. New year, new decade for froyo consumption. It’s time for my annual froyo wish list. I also like to look at my froyo wishes from 2019 to see if any of them came true.

2019 wish #1: Have Pita GR open in Pasadena. Pita GR opened their Greek donuts, loukmades, place called Louk’s Baby Greek Donuts this summer. Alas, Pita GR still has just one location, the one in Downey.

2019 wish #2: Yellow sesame/tahini froyo. It exists now! Thank you, Yoga-urt! True Tahini vegan, organic, soy-free, kosher froyo was introduced in April and it is amazing.

2019 wish #3: Frozen skyr. I haven’t seen any in the US, but there is skyr, so I have to make my own for now.

My 2018 froyo wish for froyo and bubble waffles came true, since Pinkberry US locations are finally starting to offer bubble waffles. Took long enough!

I can’t believe that I had a froyo wish list way back in 2009. And all those wishes eventually came true!

My 2020 froyo wishes are:

More fresh herbs and roots in froyo: Adding fresh herbs and roots to froyo flavors can result in some amazing froyo flavors, like the ones at Yoga-urt and Easy Breezy. I had an amazing turmeric ginger milkshake with lime zest that would be an amazing froyo flavor. They used fresh turmeric and fresh ginger.

More thoughtful toppings and froyo pairings: When a new froyo flavor comes out, new complementary toppings should be released as well. Pinkberry is pretty good about doing this.

I’m really afraid that I’ll lose access to Pinkberry, so Pinkberry please stay open and/or offer shipping and maybe even offer your pints in supermarkets.

Menchie’s flavor finder. Will it ever happen????

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

My Froyo Wish List for 2019

Fro-yo girl here. It’s time for my annual froyo wish list for 2019. Before revealing my wishes for the new year, I like to see if any of my previous wishes from this time last year came true.

Last January I wished for the following:

First, let's see if any of my 2018 wishes came true. Last year I wished for:

* More soy froyo (or tofu soft serve)

Update: The anti-soy sentiment seems to explain the lack of new soymilk based flavors, though I did have some great soymilk soft serve at Big Softee, the new soft serve ice cream shop in Monterey Park, CA.

* Bring back the tart

Update: It was a bad year for tart flavors – didn’t see many new ones. However, Pinkberry did come through with a tarter tart flavor, the new green tea lemonade. It was like they read my mind since the flavor I missed the most was green tea tart froyo. Thanks Pinkberry!

* More Halloween froyo spoons

Update: It was another very slow year for collectible froyo spoons, but Menchie’s did come out with color changing Halloween spoons. I have so many froyo spoons that it’s probably good that the era of collectible froyo spoons is nearing an end. At this point, I don’t want too many new froyo spoons and I’d like to get rid of some of the extra ones that I have.

* Good bubble waffles

Update: Several new places offer these but they’re not froyo shops. Most of them are boba and ice cream shops. Cauldron Ice Cream’s bubble waffles are accessible but they aren’t that good.

So, some of my 2018 froyo wishes did come true. Interestingly, my 2017 wish of trying llaollao is a little closer to coming true, since they opened their first location in the US (in Houston). The next US location will be in Miami. Way back in 2013 I wished to be served by a froyo robot and that seems likely to happen soon.

My froyo wishes for 2019 are:

  • Have Pita GR open in Pasadena. Pita GR opened this year in Downey, CA. I love their housemade frozen Greek yogurt. It’s amazing, even better than Souvla’s. I know they plan to open a Greek donut place next but I’m hoping to see them in Pasadena in a year or two.
  • Yellow sesame/tahini froyo. Mr. Froyo has been asking about this flavor for years, so I guess it’s more his wish than mine, but I do love tahini.
  • Frozen skyr. I still love skyr and would love to try a frozen version. Or I’d be happy with a lower sugar froyo, even if it means higher fat (and it probably would).

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

2018 Froyo Wish List

Fro-yo girl here. It’s time for my annual froyo wish list. First, let's see if any of my 2017 wishes came true. Last year I wished for:

* Pinkberry Pops: They’re now available in UAE, KSA, Lebanon, Qatar and Turkey. I would love to try one without traveling to the Middle East!

Update: They started selling Pinkberry Pops at the Pinkberry in Toronto, Canada, Ghana, and Panama. So, the Pinkberry Pops are getting closer though they’re still far away. Why aren’t these available in the US? You can even get Hong Kong waffles at Pinkberry Toronto and Pinkberry Ghana, but not the US. I love Hong Kong waffles but they seem more popular in Europe than in the US.

* Llaollao: Llaollao seems to be everywhere (e.g., Russia, Slovenia, Cambodia, Uruguay, Chile, El Salvador) except North America.

Update: Llaollao continues to expand but they’re still not in the US.

* Menchie’s should add the flavor finder feature on the Menchie’s My Smileage mobile app. I’d like easy access to list of flavors carried by specific Menchie’s locations.

Update: I didn’t notice any changes to the Menchie’s app. It doesn’t serve much purpose, so I rarely use it. At least Pinkberry finally fixed their app. Their website doesn't have a flavor finder either. Why do they make it so difficult to find out the flavors that each store carries???

* More Daphne’s Greek locations should be converted to their new concept, Yalla:
I’d like a closer Yalla so that I can get my Greek froyo w/ baklava fix on a regular basis.

Update: Yalla didn’t open new locations and the portions of their food and froyo have shrunk. My guess is that’s their way of dealing with rising costs. Other places have started offering baklava as a froyo topping. Kentro in Fullerton isn’t any closer and Spread didn’t have any baklava during my last visit.

Well, I didn't have much luck with my 2017 froyo wishes and I'm not too optimistic about 2018's wishes either.

Here’s my froyo wish list for 2018:

* More soy froyo (or tofu soft serve). While there seems to be an anti-soy sentiment in the air, I love the flavor of soy. I’m hoping to see tofu soft serve. Tofu soft serve is popular in Japan and other parts of Asia. I did find tofu soft serve at Uji Time in San Francisco but not in Southern California. I also tried the soy soft serve at Sumo Dog in LA but it was too sweet.

* Bring back the tart. I’d love to see a Yogurtland promotion for just tart froyo flavors. Froyo, why have you become so sweet? I miss the old days of froyo wave two when froyo flavors were mostly tart. I miss green tea tart.

* More Halloween froyo spoons. I imagine Menchie’s is the best candidate to offer more Halloween froyo spoons. No one else has come out with custom Halloween froyo spoons. It was a slow year for collectible froyo spoons in general.

* Good bubble waffles: They're surprisingly hard to find and I love them. I'm sure that I'd love them with froyo. They've become so popular in other countries (Canada, UK, Germany, Russia). I live in an area with a high concentration of Chinese and I can't find good bubble waffles. So strange.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

Froyo Wish List for 2017

Fro-yo girl here. It’s the new year and time for my ninth annual froyo wish list. Before I share my wishes, I’d like to review my 2016 wishes.

My 2016 wishes:

* Going to more countries to try their froyo (e.g., Llaollao, Frozen by a Thousand Blessings, Sour Sally, Berry Culture, The Local Frozen Yogurt, Pick Yo)

Update: This didn’t happen. I didn’t even leave California.

* I'm still looking for good tart froyo at the supermarket (or popsicles).

Update: Jeni’s Ice Creams always makes wonderful froyo. While they’re carried by supermarkets, very few carry their frozen yogurt flavors. However, I live in LA, so I can always go to the Jeni’s scoop shop for froyo.

* Collecting froyo spoons from other countries, including the Hello Kitty spoon from Yogen Fruz Mexico, the Hello Kitty spoon from Yoppi Yogurt Taiwan, Moyo spoons, Sour Sally hand spoons, etc. I still need Joji spoons from Florida.

Update: I didn’t have any luck with the spoons I mentioned but a friend brought back some special froyo spoons from Norway.

For 2017, my froyo wishes are:

  • To try Pinkberry Pops: They’re now available in UAE, KSA, Lebanon, Qatar and Turkey. I would love to try one without traveling to the Middle East!
  • To try Llaollao: Llaollao seems to be everywhere (e.g., Russia, Slovenia, Cambodia, Uruguay, Chile, El Salvador) except North America.
  • For Menchie’s to add flavor finder feature on the Menchie’s My Smileage mobile app: I’d like easy access to list of flavors carried by specific Menchie’s locations
  • For Daphne’s Greek to be converted to their new concept, Yalla somewhere close to me: I’d like a closer Yalla so that I can get my Greek froyo w/ baklava fix on a regular basis. I’m obsessed. I doubt Souvla SF would open here any time soon.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

Fro-yo Girl's 2016 Froyo Wish List

Fro-yo girl here. It’s the eighth edition of my annual froyo wish list. Let’s see how my 2015 wishes fared. Last year I wished for:

* Yogorino (or something similar to Yogorino): A new Yogorino did open in the US but it’s in Princeton, NJ. We went to NYC in October and Mr. Froyo had his beloved Yogorino.

* More froyo HQ visits: I visited quite a few froyo HQ this year, including Pinkberry, GoGreek, Menchie’s, Tutti Frutti, and Yogurtland, plus I went on a tour of Flavormine’s froyo manufacturing plant.

* Making frozen yogurt the official state food of California: I gave this a try and wrote to my state senator but I didn’t receive a response.

* A Food Network show dedicated to frozen yogurt or a froyo truck on the Great Food Truck Race: This didn’t happen but I have seen froyo being made on Chopped and Culture: An American Yogurt Company was featured on Unique Sweets.

A few unexpected surprises also happened to me in 2015:

  • I reached the unlimited cup at Yogurtland for the first time. I hadn’t really planned to reach the unlimited cup but then at some point it seemed like an achievable goal.
  • I was customer of the month at my local Yogurtland (thanks Yogurtland Pasadena – Lake).
  • I won one of the prizes during the Red Mango for life sweepstakes.
  • I picked up a few froyo toys.
  • I found Yogurtland at LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) and visited many froyo shops on the East Coast and a few in Canada.
  • I picked up a few unexpected froyo spoons from Froyo World in Boston and Fruyo in Hong Kong

For 2016, my froyo wishes are: hmm, it’s hard to think of anything new since I have boxes full of froyo t-shirts and spoons.

* Going to more countries to try their froyo (e.g., Llaollao, Frozen by a Thousand Blessings, Sour Sally, Berry Culture, The Local Frozen Yogurt, Pick Yo)

* I'm still looking for good tart froyo at the supermarket (or popsicles). I spotted a new kind at the Korean market that I'm going to try very soon.

Maybe this is the year a froyo robot will finally serve my froyo?

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
