Yogurtland Introduces Peach Mango Sorbet

Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland finally introduced a new flavor, the first new YL flavor of 2026. Peach Mango Sorbet is described by Yogurtland as, “A blend of juicy peach and sweet mango delivers a bright, refreshing sorbet.” It is nonfat, gluten-free, and Vitamin C fortified. I do wish it were froyo and not sorbet.

Peach Mango Sorbet: It was surprisingly thick and quite smooth, less icy than many sorbets. The mango flavor seemed stronger to me. The mango flavor and peach flavor were both sweet. There was no tang. It was too sweet for me. I recommend pairing Peach Mango Sorbet with a tart froyo flavor. Recommended toppings: strawberries, raspberries, and your favorite gummy candies.

Peach Mango Sorbet is available for a limited time at participating Yogurtland locations.

Yogurtland’s Unusual Year

 

Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland has been celebrating 20 years this year with a free froyo giveaway, 20th anniversary spoons, 20th anniversary stickers, 20% off for Real Rewards members every 20th of the month, and more. 

Celebration aside, the things that I expected to happen at Yogurtland at the beginning of the year didn’t happen.

Yogurtland usually starts the new year with new flavors. But this year, they haven’t introduced a new flavor yet. It’s so unusual for Yogurtland to not have a new flavor introduction for this long.

The local Yogurtland branches usually raise prices in January. They didn’t do it this year for the first time that I can think of. They also used to send coupons once a quarter in the mail, but this year, I haven't received any coupons. 

Yogurtland also changed PR agencies in January, switching from Bolt PR to Konnect Agency.

Yogurtland 20th Anniversary Spoons

Fro-yo girl here. I was at Yogurtland collecting my 20th anniversary raspberry giant spoons when I spotted the new regular size Yogurtland 20th anniversary raspberry spoons. They look identical to the giant raspberry spoons. I found out later that the regular size 20th anniversary spoons also come in green.

The anniversary spoon is topped with the number “20” and a picture of a Yogurtland froyo cup inside the zero. It also says years under the 20 and Yogurtland on the handle. On the back, it says 20 Years of Love, Joy & Hope.

Yogurtland Giant 20th Anniversary Spoon Giveaway

 

Fro-yo girl here. With the new Yogurtland 20th anniversary raspberry giant spoon drop today, I’m starting to feel like they’re finally celebrating the special milestone properly. The froyo giveaway was also a nice touch because froyo giveaways are so rare nowadays. They remind me of the days when Yogurtland gave out free froyo for National Frozen Yogurt Day.

Back to my froyo spoon collection, the Yogurtland raspberry 20th anniversary giant spoon is free with every $15 minimum in-store purchase, with a maximum of 2 spoons per transaction, while supplies last.

The anniversary spoon is about a foot long, topped with the number “20” and a picture of a Yogurtland froyo cup inside the zero. It also says years under the 20 and Yogurtland on the handle. On the back, it says 20 Years of Love, Joy & Hope.

The 20th anniversary spoon and the platinum spoon are the only Yogurtland giant spoons with special designs.

Fro-yo girl here. Froyo spoon collectors, the first new collectible Yogurtland froyo spoon drop is March 16, and it’s a special spoon. Yogurtland is releasing the exclusive raspberry 20th anniversary giant spoon.

The spoon is free with every $15 minimum in-store purchase with a maximum of 2 spoons per transaction. While supplies last. The minimum used to be four spoons per transaction.

I’m still waiting for the first new Yogurtland flavor of the year. They’ve never waited this long to introduce a new flavor before.

Yogurtland 20th Anniversary Froyo Giveaway

Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland officially turned 20 today and to celebrate, they had a froyo giveaway, of course.

Yogurtland customers received a free 8oz prepacked cup of Birthday Cupcake Batter froyo in a 20th anniversary cup with an in-store purchase today. I heard that the each store prepared 200 prepacked cups of froyo. I also picked up some 20th anniversary and Yogurtland Hoppers sticker sheets.

Yogurtland’s Disney Pixar Hoppers Promotion

 

Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland is currently promoting the upcoming Disney and Pixar animated movie, Hoppers. The movie arrives in theaters on March 6.

The promotion includes an exclusive flavor called Mabel’s Nutty Adventure. It’s Yogurtland’s NSA Pecans and Praline froyo with a new name. They’re also giving away free Yogurtland Hoppers sticker sheets.

The sticker sheet has nine stickers. Most of the stickers are the characters in Hoppers, I assume.

Yogurtland Turns Twenty

 

Fro-yo girl here. Happy 20th anniversary, Yogurtland! Yogurtland celebrated twenty years on January 20 with a special promotion, 20% off froyo purchases. During my visit, I also spotted 20th anniversary sticker sheets. These are free, but sometimes you have to ask for them. Each sheet has nine stickers. And there was an anniversary exclusive flavor: Super Tart (a flavor that I love). The receipt says 20th anniv. 20% discount.

Here's some Yogurtland trivia. Super Tart was created for Yogurtland's 15th anniversary. 

Chocolate Raspberry Truffle froyo is the current Seasonal Exclusive flavor. I also spotted a new topping, Brownie Brittle.

There was a sign in the window that said 20 years of love, joy & hope. I’ve been a fan of Yogurtland since 2007, when the Cupertino branch opened. It was the first Yogurtland in the Bay Area. Yogurtland has improved a lot since my first visit. In the early years, most Yogurtland locations charged $0.30/oz!

The original Yogurtland opened near Cal State Fullerton. Sadly, that location closed in October 2020. I did get to visit it a few times.

2025 Christmas Froyo Shop Spirit Winner

 

Fro-yo girl here. I love seeing all the froyo Christmas spirit during the holiday season. It makes it hard to choose the shop with the most Christmas spirit!

This year, the winner of the Christmas Froyo Shop Spirit Award is…Yogurtland for the second year in a row.

Yogurtland brought by the 12 Days of Froyo promotion, with a mystery reward every day for Real Rewards members. They introduced a new flavor, Peppermint Mocha froyo, and a festive topping, mini gingerbread man cookies. There was a new festive spoon with a red candy cane design and holiday cups. The gift cards also featured holiday designs.

Last year, Yogurtland introduced a new flavor, Peppermint Fudge Brownie, and brought back a seasonal flavor, Cranberry Orange Tart. They also had a new holiday cup design, new holiday spoons (gingerbread man, giant hunter green), a new holiday topping (mini gingerbread men cookies), an online exclusive festive Gingerbread Wonderland froyo creation, and, to top it all off, a 12 Days of Froyo promotion for Real Rewards members.

Yogurtland’s New Candy Cane Spoons

 

Fro-yo girl here. I went back to Yogurtland to stock up on the new Peppermint Mocha frozen yogurt, and the new candy cane spoons were there! The spoon is red and features two criss-crossing candy canes. The spoon handle says Yogurtland on the front and Happy Holidays on the back.

ICYMI, Yogurtland is honoring vets and active military with 15% on Veterans Day, with proof of service or a military ID.

Yogurtland Pasadena on Lake Has Remodeled

 

Fro-yo girl here. I pass by Yogurtland on Lake in Pasadena multiple times a week. Today I noticed that it looked different. They just remodeled the interior. The green and white square tile walls have been replaced by a sleeker faux wood look. They also added some decals and a neon sign that says Share Love, Joy, & Hope.

Yogurtland’s New Flavor, Peppermint Mocha Frozen Yogurt & Holiday Promo

 

Fro-yo girl here. It’s November, so winter froyo flavors are on the way. Yogurtland launched the new flavor, Peppermint Mocha frozen yogurt, on November 3. Peppermint Mocha froyo is described as, “a festive swirl of cool peppermint and rich mocha [that] creates a refreshing, creamy frozen yogurt.” The flavor is nonfat, gluten-free, and made with real cocoa and coffee.

Peppermint Mocha froyo: I was a bit hesitant to try the flavor (I wasn’t in the mood for a strong mint flavor), but I really liked it. The mocha (coffee) flavor was more dominant than the peppermint. Also, the coffee flavor was mellow and smooth, not bitter or harsh. The texture was creamy and smooth. Recommended toppings: whipped cream, gingerbread men, and chocolate chips.

I spotted a holiday topping, mini gingerbread men cookies. The cookies are thick and crunchy with a bit of gingerbread spice.

The new holiday cups feature a green background with holiday images: gingerbread men, candy canes, peppermint candies, and sprinkles. And the new complimentary holiday sticker sheets have a similar look (the same color, a few of the same images that are on the cup). The sticker sheet comes with ten stickers, including a red Yogurtland spoon, a cup of froyo, a gift, an ornament, holiday cookies, a candy cane, and a round peppermint candy.

There are red holiday candy cane spoons, too.

Fro-yo girl here. Today was Fan Appreciation Day at Yogurtland. Everyone enjoyed a buy one, get one free offer on froyo and Real Reward members received the extra perk of double points.

It was packed at Yogurtland Eagle Rock tonight. Luckily, they had Doc’s churro bites and Great Scott! Caramel Apple Pie froyo. I also picked up some more Back to the Future Yogurtland stickers.

Back to the Future Day at Yogurtland: New Topping, New Stickers

Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland celebrated Back to the Future Day today, with Back to the Future 40th anniversary sticker sheets. Each sticker sheet has eight stickers, including the Delorean, Marty’s skateboard, Back to the Future license plate, Yogurtland spoon, etc. Ask the cashier for the sticker sheets. They’re free.

October 21 is Back to the Future Day because it’s the date that Doc Brown and Marty McFly arrive in the future in Back to the Future Part II. If you show up in a BTTF Doc Brown or Marty McFly costume on 10/21, you can enjoy 30% off your Yogurtland purchase.

I tried the new topping, Doc’s Churro Bites. These are bite size cinnamon sugar donut holes. They’re soft and so good! Get some if you see them.

New Back to the Future 40th Anniversary Promo at Yogurtland Includes New Flavor

Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Back to the Future with a new nostalgic fall flavor. Great Scott! Caramel Apple Pie froyo launched today. It’s made with real apples, shortbread, and cinnamon. I don’t like apple pie, so I was skeptical. Fortunately, the flavor was mellow and enjoyable. I tasted the buttery caramel but it wasn’t too strong. The apple flavor is mild too. It’s mellow enough to go with many flavors. The texture was smooth, rich, ad creamy. Recommended toppings: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, whipped cream, almonds.

The flavor is available for a limited time, through November 30, or while supplies last. The location that I went to did not have Doc’s Churro Bites, the BTTF promotional topping. I did learn that they’re going to start giving out BTTF Yogurtland sticker sheets tomorrow.

October 21 is Back to the Future Day because it’s the date that Doc Brown and Marty McFly arrive in the future in Back to the Future Part II. Show up in a BTTF Doc Brown or Marty McFly costume on 10/21 and enjoy 30% off your purchase.

Yogurtland + JVKE Exclusive Flavor, Stickers, Spoons & Cups

Fro-yo girl here. Okay, I don’t know who JVKE is, but his face does look familiar. I could easily be confusing him with someone else. JVKE is an American singer, songwriter, and producer who gained fame through TikTok videos. And now Yogurtland has a collab with JVKE. They’ve renamed the red velvet cupcake batter froyo flavor “this is what red velvet tastes like” and this flavor is available at participating locations on September 1.

JVKE’s albums are called “This is what____ feels like,” so that explains the froyo flavor name. The red velvet has a special flavor sign. Yogurtland also has Yogurtland x JVKE cups (red with cherry blossoms), collectible spoons (black with a treble clef), and sticker sheets. Each sticker sheet has nine stickers, including a Yogurtland x JVKE spoon, JVKE, piano, Yogurtland cup of froyo, etc.
