Yogurtland Giant 20th Anniversary Spoon Giveaway

 

Fro-yo girl here. With the new Yogurtland 20th anniversary raspberry giant spoon drop today, I’m starting to feel like they’re finally celebrating the special milestone properly. The froyo giveaway was also a nice touch because froyo giveaways are so rare nowadays. They remind me of the days when Yogurtland gave out free froyo for National Frozen Yogurt Day.

Back to my froyo spoon collection, the Yogurtland raspberry 20th anniversary giant spoon is free with every $15 minimum in-store purchase, with a maximum of 2 spoons per transaction, while supplies last.

The anniversary spoon is about a foot long, topped with the number “20” and a picture of a Yogurtland froyo cup inside the zero. It also says years under the 20 and Yogurtland on the handle. On the back, it says 20 Years of Love, Joy & Hope.

The 20th anniversary spoon and the platinum spoon are the only Yogurtland giant spoons with special designs.

Fro-yo girl here. Froyo spoon collectors, the first new collectible Yogurtland froyo spoon drop is March 16, and it’s a special spoon. Yogurtland is releasing the exclusive raspberry 20th anniversary giant spoon.

The spoon is free with every $15 minimum in-store purchase with a maximum of 2 spoons per transaction. While supplies last. The minimum used to be four spoons per transaction.

I’m still waiting for the first new Yogurtland flavor of the year. They’ve never waited this long to introduce a new flavor before.

Yogurtland’s New Candy Cane Spoons

 

Fro-yo girl here. I went back to Yogurtland to stock up on the new Peppermint Mocha frozen yogurt, and the new candy cane spoons were there! The spoon is red and features two criss-crossing candy canes. The spoon handle says Yogurtland on the front and Happy Holidays on the back.

ICYMI, Yogurtland is honoring vets and active military with 15% on Veterans Day, with proof of service or a military ID.

Fro-yo girl here. In honor of National Spoon Day, Yogurtland is giving out new GIANT SPOONS on October 7. The new spoon will be Midnight Plum, an appropriate color for October.

Menchie’s New Summer Spoon, Stay Cool

 

Fro-yo girl here. The seasonal spoon has become a tradition at Menchie’s. The newest summer spoon features Menchie holding a round pool float. He’s also wearing sunglasses. The spoon says Stay Cool on the handle. The back of the spoon shows Menchie’s back side. He’s wearing shorts and a t-shirt. The spoon is a pretty light blue color.

New Legen-dairy Froyo Mookie Spoons at Menchie’s

 

Fro-yo girl here. I have some good news for froyo spoon collectors. Menchie’s is about to release a new spoon. The new Mookie (cow) spoon says Legen-dairy Froyo on the spoon handle. The spoon is a pretty lilac hue. The back of the spoon shows the back of Mookie, and it says Menchie’s franchise opportunities.

The collectible spoon is available for a limited time, while supplies last. This is the second new Menchie’s spoon of 2025.

Yogurtland Giant Pistachio Froyo Spoon Event

 

Fro-yo girl here. Today was the Yogurtland Pistachio Giant Spoon giveaway. It’s Yogurtland’s first giant spoon of 2025, as well as the first new Yogurtland spoon of 2025. The brand new pistachio giant spoon complements the current middle handle exclusive swirl, Chocolate Pistachio.

The spoon was a gift with a minimum $12 purchase. Like the other giant spoons, it’s a foot long. It says Yogurtland on the handle, and is blank on the back.

Once again, I ran into other froyo spoon collectors.

I’m glad that one person can get more than one spoon now. It used to be one spoon per person.

New Two Thumbs Up Kiwi Spoon at Menchie’s

 

Fro-yo girl here. Menchie’s just dropped its first new spoon of 2025, continuing the tradition of having a new spring spoon. The green Kiwi spoon (green for St. Patrick’s Day?) features Kiwi making a two thumbs up gesture. I think he’s expressing his approval of froyo. The spoon says “two thumbs up!” The back of the spoon shows the back of Kiwi. Cute.

First New Yogurtland Spoon of 2025 & New Sticker Sheets

 

Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland has Valentine’s Day on the brain…the new Yogurtland spoons, the first new Yogurtland spoons of 2025, are red and feature a teddy bear holding a big heart with the Yogurtland symbol in the middle.

And they have new sticker sheets for Valentine’s Day. There are ten stickers per sheet and the same teddy bear shows up twice: as part of the spoon design and by himself.

The spoons and stickers are available for a limited time, while supplies last.

Yogurtland’s Giant Hunter Green Holiday Spoon

 

Fro-yo girl here. On December 9, Yogurtland thrilled froyo spoon collectors with the free gift with purchase, giant hunter green Yogurtland holiday spoons. To get a spoon, you had to make a $12 in-store purchase, with a maximum of 4 spoons per transaction.

The hunter green giant spoons are mostly likely the last new collectible spoons to be released in 2024. It’s also the third giant spoon Yogurtland released this year. The spoon is 12 inches long and says Yogurtland on the handle. It doesn’t say anything on the back.

I’ve also noted the spoon color and design. It’s also organized by the order they were released by each shop, with the oldest designs appearing first.

National Spoon Day at Yogurtland: Apricot Giant Spoon

Fro-yo girl here. Save the date: National Spoon Day is October 7. Yogurtland is celebrating National Spoon Day by releasing a giant spoon, available for one day only, on Monday, October 7, obviously.

This year, the giant spoon is apricot. You’ll get a giant apricot spoon with every $12 minimum in-store purchase (maximum of 4 spoons per transaction). Third party delivery and online orders are excluded.

In case you’re wondering, the previous National Spoon Day giant Yogurtland spoons were: pink and green (2020), raspberry (2021), turquoise (2022), and dark blue (2023).

Serious spoon collectors will show up early for these giant spoons. Be sure to get yours early because they do have a limited supply of giant spoons.

New Summer Menchie’s Spoon, Breast Cancer Fundraiser

 

Fro-yo girl here. Happy August! This month, Menchie’s is partnering with Susan G Komen to raise money for breast cancer research and programs. Guests are encouraged to donate $1 ore more at your local Menchie’s store. The goal is to raise at least $250,000 this month.If you donate, you’ll get a paper sign that says “I donated to Susan G. Komen at Menchie’s.”

There’s a new collectible summer spoon! The new spoon is blue and it features Menchie holding a heart. It says “I Heart Froyo” on the handle and there’s a heart in the bowl of the spoon. On the back, you can see the back of Menchie and the back of the heart, The spoon is available for a limited time, while supplies last.

The two featured flavors for this month are S’mores froyo and Vegan Pineapple Coconut Milk Smoothie. Both are returning flavors. S’mores froyo is made with Hershey’s Milk Chocolate and graham cracker crumbs. It’s lowfat and contains no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, and no high fructose corn syrup. FYI, National S’mores Day is Saturday, August 10. Yogurtland is also featuring S’mores frozen yogurt right now, as their sesaonal exclusive flavor.

Vegan Pineapple Coconut Milk Smoothie is dairy-free and contains no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, and no high fructose corn syrup. It’s made with real coconut.

Fro-yo girl here. Are you a giant spoon collector? A froyo spoon collector? Today’s the day that Yogurtland is giving out lilac giant Yogurtland spoons with every every $12 minimum in-store purchase of food or beverage (maximum of four spoons per transaction), while supplies last.

The lilac giant spoon is 12 inches long and says Yogurtland on the handle.

Online and third party delivery orders are excluded from the promo.

I arrived at Yogurtland early, before noon, and there was already a long line of people waiting for froyo and admiring their giant spoons.

This is the first time that Yogurtland has had a giant lilac spoon. I also picked up free Yogurtland x PAC-MAN sticker sheets. The stickers show the Yogurtland PAC-MAN yellow spoon, the new PAC-MAN inspired flavors, cherries, and PAC-MAN and the ghosts about to chomp on cups of Yogurtland froyo.

New Pac-Man Spoons at Yogurtland

 

Fro-yo girl here. Pac-Man, the classic video game that was released in 1980, is the inspiration for Yogurtland’s newest collectible froyo spoons. In the game, Pac-Man, a character that looks like a pizza with a slice missing, must navigate a maze by eating dots, while avoiding four colored ghosts. If the ghost catches Pac-Man, he loses a life. It is considered one of the most influential video games of all time.

Yogurtland’s newest spoons feature Pac-Man (a yellow spoon), a blue ghost, and a red ghost. The spoons say Yogurtland and Pac-Man on the handle. These are the first new character spoons from Yogurtland in 2024.

The spoons are available while supplies last. There may be a Pac-Man cup as well, but I haven’t seen it yet.

New Menchie’s The Berry Best! Barry Spoon

 

Fro-yo girl here. Did you know that May is National Strawberry Month? It’s the perfect time to release a new strawberry-themed froyo spoon. Menchie’s newest collectible spoon features Barry, Menchie’s Sweet Friend who looks like a strawberry. The red spoon says “the berry best!”. Barry is holding a cup of froyo on the end and the bowl of the spoon features a strawberry. On the back of the spoon, you can see the back side of Barry holding a cup of froyo.

So cute. The spoons were going fast. Menchie’s in Valley Village went through one box of spoons in a few hours.

National Spoon Day 2023 at Yogurtland, New Giant Blue Spoon, Fan Appreciation Day

 

Fro-yo girl here. Happy National Spoon Day, October 7! Yogurtland is celebrating National Spoon Day for the fourth time. In 2020, they gave out giant pink and green Yogurtland spoons. In 2021, the giant spoon was raspberry in color. In 2022, the limited edition giant spoon was turquoise.

Today, Yogurtland customers get a free giant dark blue Yogurtland spoon with a minimum $10 in-store transaction (while supplies last). Limit one spoon per transaction. Third party delivery and online orders are excluded.

The giant spoon says Yogurtland on the front of the spoon (on the handle) and nothing on the back. The spoon is exactly 12 inches long.

I ran into some serious spoon collectors at Yogurtland this morning. They were there early for their giant spoons. I heard that each store received two boxes of giant spoons or 200 spoons per store.

FYI, save the date for Yogurtland’s Fan Appreciation Day on October 30. Guests will receive a special offer, buy one cup, get one free (of equal or lesser value) and double points for Real Reward members. Limit one per person.
