Fro-yo girl here. Happy 20th anniversary, Yogurtland! Yogurtland celebrated twenty years on January 20 with a special promotion, 20% off froyo purchases. During my visit, I also spotted 20th anniversary sticker sheets. These are free, but sometimes you have to ask for them. Each sheet has nine stickers. And there was an anniversary exclusive flavor: Super Tart (a flavor that I love). The receipt says 20th anniv. 20% discount.
Here's some Yogurtland trivia. Super Tart was created for Yogurtland's 15th anniversary.
Chocolate Raspberry Truffle froyo is the current Seasonal Exclusive flavor. I also spotted a new topping, Brownie Brittle.
There was a sign in the window that said 20 years of love, joy & hope. I’ve been a fan of Yogurtland since 2007, when the Cupertino branch opened. It was the first Yogurtland in the Bay Area. Yogurtland has improved a lot since my first visit. In the early years, most Yogurtland locations charged $0.30/oz!
The original Yogurtland opened near Cal State Fullerton. Sadly, that location closed in October 2020. I did get to visit it a few times.
You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.

Fro-yo girl here. Happy anniversary, Yogurtland! Yogurtland is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year by giving back. Yogurtland Cares, which is Yogurtland’s charitable arm, announced that it would collect donations for local children’s hospitals. Every dollar raised will go directly to the hospitals and Yogurtland will also host yogurt parties for patients, their families and hospital staff. Last year they held a similar fundraiser for local children’s hospitals. Donations will be accepted at Yogurtland locations from September 9 - October 19.
To help celebrate their tenth anniversary, Yogurtland is also bringing back three of its most popular flavors: Birthday Cupcake Batter (Sept. 9), Pineapple Sorbet (Sept. 23), and Almond Midnight Mocha (Oct. 7). Birthday Cupcake Batter is in shops now. The flavor was created in honor of Yogurtland’s 6th anniversary/birthday back in 2012.
For Yogurtland’s fifth anniversary, they introduced their first purple spoon. For the tenth anniversary, there’s a new magenta spoon with the Yogurtland logo on the top of the handle. The spoon says Yogurtland 10th Anniversary.
“Some of the hospitals benefiting from the Yogurtland fundraiser include Rady Children’s Hospital (San Diego, Calif.), Children’s Hospital of Orange County (Orange, Calif.), Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Cottage Children’s Hospital (Santa Barbara, Calif.), Lauren Small Children’s Medical Center (Bakersfield, Calif.), Valley Children’s Hospital (Fresno, Calif.) Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System (Salinas, Calif.), UC Davis Children’s Hospital (Sacramento, Calif.), UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital (San Francisco), St. Rose Dominican Hospital (Henderson, Nev.), Phoenix Children’s Hospital (Phoenix, AZ), Children’s Hospital Colorado (Denver, Colo.), Seattle Children’s Hospital (Seattle, Wash.), Primary Children’s Hospital (Salt Lake City, Utah), Children’s Medical Center of Dallas (Dallas, TX) and Miami Children’s Hospital (Miami, FL).”

Fro-yo girl here. Happy 5 year anniversary to Yogurtland Burbank Media Center and thanks for the anniversary bash!
People in/near Burbank love their froyo, judging from the size of the line before the shop opened. A few minutes before 11AM the music started, courtesy of DJ Vicious Lee. They also had a face painting station and spin the wheel station outside.
At 11 AM the doors opened. A friendly Yogurtland employee handed each guest an 8 oz Yogurtland cup which he/she could fill with as much froyo and toppings as desired. Pumpkin pie froyo was on tap...after leaving the register, someone handed me a green Yogurtland cooler bag, coupon for 3 oz of free froyo and a spoon. I then wandered over to the prize wheel. Prizes included coupons for free froyo, Yogurtland cooler bags, pencils, keychains, water bottles, etc. I won a Yogurtland megaphone which will come in handy at sporting events and graduations. They also had raffle giveaways every 30 minutes.
The celebration continues till 8 PM tonight.
2 - 5 PM: First 3 ozs free
5 - 8 PM: Buy one, get one free
