The Konery Hand-Rolled Artisanal Cones

Fro-yo girl here. Happy Earth Day, froyo fans! This is the perfect day to highlight froyo cones, the eco-friendly option. I’ve been admiring the Konery’s cones from a distance for years now. They have a distinctive pattern and they’re so pretty. The Konery was inspired by the idea of creating a modern, flavorful waffle cone. Each artisanal cone is handmade in Brooklyn, NY with fresh herbs, spices, natural extracts and gourmet ingredients. Their cones are dairy free and all natural. The Konery also makes waffle bowls, cup dividers, and fortune cookies.

Cone flavors: French vanilla, Chocolate hazelnut, Toasted coconut, Red velvet, Cinnamon brown sugar, Salted blue corn, Birthday cake, Orange creamsicle, Peppermint

I spotted the Konery cones at Home Goods in La Canada Flintridge, CA. They had three flavors, French vanilla, Chocolate hazelnut and Birthday cake. One package contains six cones. Home Goods was selling the packages for $5.99 each.

* Birthday cake cone: The crunchy texture, thickness of the cone, and flavor reminded me of a fortune cookie and I like fortune cookies. The birthday cake flavor, which comes from “cake extract,” was faint and tasted a bit like coconut. One birthday cake cone is 90 calories with 8g sugars and 2g fat. I was expecting the cone to be more flavorful.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
