Paris Baguette Greek Yogurt Icing Croissants

Fro-yo girl here. Paris Baguette is always coming out with new items, like their new Greek Yogurt Icing Croissants ($2.25 each). Butter croissants topped with Greek yogurt sound wrong but I had to try one.

Paris Baguette has pretty good croissants. They’re light, buttery, airy and the thin layers have a slight crispiness. Their butter croissant is topped with a generous amount of Greek yogurt icing. The icing is like plain Greek yogurt, very lightly sweetened. It’s thick and creamy but it makes the top of the croissant soggy. I think the croissant would be better with a cup of yogurt on the side but then it wouldn’t be a Greek Yogurt Icing Croissant.

I’m going to stick with their breakfast sandwich croissants with egg, cheese and veggies. Yum.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
