Chung Hsiang Foods Blueberry Yogurt Sandwich Crackers Review
Fro-yo girl here. I found a new yogurt-flavored sandwich cracker during my recent visit to H Mart in Koreatown LA. Chung Hsiang Foods sandwich crackers are imported from Taiwan. The box was priced at $4.49 and contains six packets of sandwich crackers for a total net weight of 144g. A packet includes two sandwich crackers.
Blueberry yogurt sandwich crackers: The crackers were thin, crispy, and lightly salted. The blueberry yogurt filling in the middle was creamy, tangy, and sweet. I could taste the blueberries. The filling was pretty sweet, but the tanginess helped tone down the sweetness. They’re good but might be an acquired taste (especially if you’re expecting a cookie sandwich).
One serving (2 pieces) is 130 calories, 7g total fat, 14g total carbs, 4g total sugars, and 2g protein.
The sandwich crackers are very Chinese. The thin wheat crackers are crispy, lightly salted, and reminiscent of saltines. The filling is typically sweet and creamy (like the filling of an Oreo cookie). I grew up eating lemon sandwich crackers.
Available flavors: strawberry, lemon, and blueberry yogurt.
3.5 out of 5 stars.
You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
