Free ad supported frozen yogurt cups work the same way.
CarryOutSupplies.com is building its network of frozen yogurt shops that are interested in ad-supported frozen yogurt cups and dividers. Sign up today.
Ad-supported 16 oz. frozen yogurt cups and cup dividers are free for frozen yogurt shops that sign up for the program. The cost of the cups and dividers are paid for by the placement of ads on the cups. These ads will be family friendly and tasteful. And because these cups will be attractive, it will help elevate the image of your frozen yogurt store while saving your shop thousands of dollars a month.
The ad supported cups and dividers will be high quality food safe paper stock, the same cups and dividers that CarryOutSupplies.com sells to thousands of frozen yogurt stores.

Fro-yo girl here. I first wrote a blog post about Yogurtland’s cookie dividers last summer after tracking them down in Southern California, during the test market phase. I didn’t publish the post at the time because the dividers were only in a few stores. Good news cookie and divider fans; Yogurtland’s cookie dividers have been approved for wider distribution. If you don’t see them at your local Yogurtland, ask for them and your shop might order them.
The original cookie divider was a sugar shortbread cookie. There’s a second flavor: chocolate.
Here’s my original post (which is a year old):
Yogurtland cookie dividers have been hard to find. The cookie dividers are available at select Yogurtland locations, including some in Southern California.
The cookie dividers are in a clear case by the frozen yogurt cups. They fit snugly into the 16 ounce fro-yo cup, creating two equal sized, divided compartments. Each cookie has the Yogurtland logo imprint (love that!). The sugar shortbread cookie divider is about one-quarter of an inch thick (pretty sturdy). The texture is soft and firm. It's neutral enough to go with any flavor.
The cookie did an excellent job of separating the two sides without getting even the tiniest bit soggy. I’m really impressed with the cookie divider. The only minor negatives are (1) it’s a big cookie so I felt guilty eating it, (2) since I wanted to keep my fro-yo and toppings separate, I didn’t have much room for yogurt. I prefer to have a higher ratio of fro-yo to toppings (not 50/50). I think I’d prefer 80% fro-yo and 20% toppings or 90%/10%.
The possibility of different cookie divider flavors like chocolate chip, peanut butter, and snickerdoodle boggles the mind.
Update: Mrs. Fields cookie dividers have been spotted at TCBY/Mrs. Fields.

Fro-yo girl here. I recently had the opportunity to try FroYoVider frozen yogurt cup dividers. FroYoViders allow you to create 2 to 3 compartments in your froyo cup. The FroYoVider is smaller than other cup dividers because it doesn’t have the rounded dome design but ends at the top of the cup. The divider is matte white and plain, except for the FroYoVider stamp. The starter kit comes with a nice looking clear acrylic dispenser that can be placed on a flat surface or mounted to a wall.
* Is it safe? It’s made out of recyclable paperboard stock and FDA approved food safe materials.
* Does it get soggy? I left the FroYoVider in my cup for 10 minutes. The divider did not get soggy.
* Easy to use? Yes. You can put it into your cup as is or fold the two ends if you want 3 compartments. Or you can easily create more compartments by using more than one FroYoVider in your cup. You can adjust the size of each compartment.
* Is it effective? The frozen yogurt flavors stayed in their separate compartments though once the yogurt melts, some leakage can occur between compartments.
* Good design? It’s an elegant, flexible design for someone who doesn’t overload the frozen yogurt cup. If the froyo exceeds the height of the cup, the flavors might touch again. Also, it's harder to scoop the froyo out of the corners where the cup and the divider meet because of the sharp angles.
While I’m not among the group of people who don’t want my froyo flavors to touch, I do know people who really like cup dividers. And if I wanted to get flavors that don’t complement each other in the same cup, I would greatly appreciate a cup divider.
FroYoVider's mission is "to enhance the self-serve frozen yogurt experience." All FroYoViders are made in the USA from FDA approved materials and are completely recyclable.
FroYoViders are currently available at all Orange Leaf Locations US and Australia and in April, will be launched at a large franchise. After the launch, you'll be able to find FroYoViders at close to 700 frozen yogurt franchises across the US.
You can purchase FroYoViders from the following:

Fro-yo girl here. Were you the type of kid who didn’t like your peas to touch the other food on your plate? Do you own a plate with compartments? Are you horrified by the idea of putting non-complementary frozen yogurt flavors in the same cup? Frustrated by frozen berries or M&Ms dye run off? If you answered yes to any of these questions, The Divider by Wagner Bartosch can help you.
The Divider is a poly-coated, food safe paperboard insert that fits snugly into 16 ounce frozen yogurt cups to create two neat little compartments. Stock dividers are available in four colors (with a fifth one available soon) and custom dividers are available for bulk orders. Frozen yogurt shops that carry the cup dividers offer them to customers for free and the weight (6.6 grams) is taken off by the Point of Sale system.
I like the idea of the dividers because they make it easier to decide on which flavors to get if feel like getting two flavors or to keep toppings separate from fro-yo. The Divider also looks and feels nice. It’s a great way to further customize your cup of fro-yo to your liking. Custom dividers reinforce the frozen yogurt store brand.
According to the16 Handles 2013 State of Fro-yo poll, 89% of participants prefer getting more than one fro-yo flavor. Out of curiosity I looked at all the frozen yogurt that I consumed in 2012 (though I didn’t join Pinterest till February 2012, so my January fro-yo consumption is unaccounted for) and discovered that I had one flavor in my cup 79% of the time, two flavors 18% of the time and three flavors 3% of the time. I did not exceed three flavors in one cup.
Though I prefer having a single fro-yo flavor in my cup, I still like the idea of using the divider to keep my fro-yo and toppings separate. Also, while I would never put tart and sweet fro-yo flavors in the same cup, if I used a cup divider, I would consider doing so. Using a divider is less wasteful than using two separate cups and I’d feel weird about getting two cups for myself.
When I come across a cute custom cup divider, I’m going to add it to my collection.
