Fro-yo girl here. Ellenos just introduced a new seasonal flavor, Pecan Pie, made with real pecan puree, Vermont maple syrup, Ellenos plain Greek yogurt, and Biscoff cookie crumble. I found it at Whole Foods in Pasadena for $2.69 on sale (regular price, $3.19).
Pecan Pie yogurt: The puree is on the bottom of the cup, topped by plain Greek yogurt. It’s rich, creamy, and tangy. The pecan flavor isn’t prominent, but it adds a pleasant nuttiness. And the best part might be the Biscoff cookie crumbs on top. All the components work well together and make it a more interesting cup of Greek yogurt. You’ve got the creamy, tangy yogurt, the crispy, buttery crumbs, and the nuttiness of the pecans. It’s so good!
One serving is 270 calories, 9g total fat, 25g total sugars, 12g protein, and 35g total carbs.
4.5 out of 5 stars.
You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
