Fro-yo girl here. Menchie’s is partnering with Susan G. Komen again, to raise money for breast cancer research and programs. The goal is to raise $200,000 or more in August. Guests who make a donation will receive a sign that says “I donated to Susan G. Komen at Menchie’s.” You can personalize the sign and display it on the wall at Menchie’s. I made a donation and also received a sticker saying that I had donated.
The two featured flavors for this month are S’mores froyo and Hawaiian POG sorbet. S’mores is a returning flavor. Hawaiian POG sorbet is new. POG stands for passionfruit, orange, and guava.
Hawaiian POG sorbet: The orange flavor was the strongest of the three fruit flavors. There was a tropical twist to the flavor with the addition of passionfruit and guava. It was rather sweet with no real tang. I wouldn’t get it again. Hawaiian POG sorbet is dairy-free and contains no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, and no high fructose corn syrup.
Featured flavors are available for a limited time, while supplies last. Menchie's website looks different. You still can't easily search the flavors online. And it's harder to see the full list of stores.
You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
