Fro-yo girl here. Sweetkiwi announced the Smurfs Greek froyo line last June. I never saw the Smurfs Sweetkiwi Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars or single serve cups, but I’ve spotted the 14 oz tubs recently at Vons, Gelson’s, and Ralph’s in the Los Angeles area. Vons was selling Sweetkiwi for $7.99 (regular price). The Smurfs packaging is adorable.
Smurf Berry flavor: Loved it! Before you take a scoop, I suggest you smell it first. The froyo smells so heavenly, like tangy yogurt and berries. Be sure to also admire the pretty smurf blue color of the froyo (thanks, butterfly pea flower powder). The froyo tasted like it smelled – like tangy yogurt and (rasp)berries. The yogurt melted in my mouth. It was easy to scoop. I liked the lightness of the whipped yogurt and the clean aftertaste. It’s not as creamy as a high fat ice cream, but the yogurt gives it a milkiness and tang. One serving is 2/3 cup, 110 calories, 0g fat, 12g total sugars, 17g total carbs, and 9g protein. The whole container is 280 calories and 22g of protein. The yogurt also has probiotics and superfoods too. Papa Smurf approved. I would buy it again.
Available flavors: Blue Cookie Crunch, Smurf Berry
Did you know that a new Smurfs movie is in the works?
You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
