The International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA) and FrozenDessertSupplies.com launched the first “Creative Froyo Flavor Awards” contest in June 2014 to find the best creative froyo flavors. Frozen yogurt shops across the country were invited to submit their original, creative frozen yogurt flavors. Next, a panel of frozen yogurt experts from the IFYA, FrozenDessertSupplies.com and Nanci’s Frozen Yogurt, selected the top 5 flavors based on creativity and appeal. These flavors were posted on the IFYA FB page and the online public vote determined the two winners.
Contest winners will receive a prize package of frozen yogurt supplies (frozen yogurt cups, frozen yogurt spoons, cup lids) from contest sponsor, FrozenDessertSupplies.com.

Strawberries and Cream is a delicious flavor profile, but to call this creative?
Hmmmm...
I can see your point. Strawberries & Cream froyo isn't a flavor that I've seen elsewhere but the flavor combination is a classic vs. something new/unexpected. The flavors were chosen for creativity (perhaps not the best use of the word - uniqueness within the frozen yogurt flavor universe might be better) and appeal to the public. Strawberries & cream has high appeal.
