Pinkberry’s New Cookies & Cream Pinkbee’s Reduced Fat Milk Ice Cream

Fro-yo girl here. Pinkberry recently launched its first new flavor of 2020, Pinkbee’s Cookies and Cream milk ice cream. I found it at Pinkberry in Los Feliz and tried it. It’s reduced fat and the recommended toppings are whipped cream and cookies and cream crumbles. Yes, they did have a froyo version of cookies &cream which was introduced in 2013. I rarely got that flavor, because it didn’t taste like yogurt.

Pinkbee’s Cookies & Cream milk ice cream: Yes, it’s ice cream but it was quite good because the cookie flavor wasn’t overwhelming. The texture was smooth and light without feeling too light. Recommended toppings: Dark chocolate crisps, chocolate cookies, chocolate sauce. Anything chocolate.

Here’s the official press release:

Pinkberry Introduces New Pinkbee’s Cookie Butter

Fro-yo girl here. Pinkberry is welcoming the new year with a new Pinkbee’s milk ice cream flavor, Cookie Butter. Think speculoos and crispy Lotus Biscoff cookies. Yum.

Pinkbee’s Cookie Butter is a reduced fat, milk ice cream. It must be made with Biscoff cookies because it definitely has that caramelized flavor, but it’s light and creamy. Pinkberry also had cookie crumbs to add texture.

Last year their first new flavor was Pinkbee’s Chocolate. In January 2016, it was Pinkbee’s Strawberry.

Here’s the official press release:
