The proposal is a “self-serve” yogurt store where the customers will serve themselves yogurt and toppings, and then pay for their yogurt at the counter. No table service is proposed. The floor plan also includes a prep area, restrooms, a private office and storage space. The business is proposing to be open between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM (Midnight).”
