Crèmily French Frozen Yogurt Review

Fro-yo girl here. Crèmily is the world’s first Keto French frozen yogurt. It’s low carb, made with no added sugar, and made with A2 milk. The froyo is high protein, high fat, gluten-free, and contains probiotics and prebiotics. The packaging says Crèmily’s founder is Kylie Schuyler and that Schuyler recruited “top chefs and nutritionists to merge traditional, artisanal French yogurt recipes with modern techniques and the highest quality ingredients.” Sounds good to me.

I found Crèmily pints at Vons in Eagle Rock for $5.99 each, regular price. One container is 16 oz. You can also find Crèmily at Pavilions.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip froyo: The froyo was frozen rock solid. After waiting ten minutes, it was still rock solid. Twenty minutes later, I could scoop a bit of it but it was still hard. The froyo was creamy and sweet, as sweet as regular froyo. The peanut butter flavor was light but noticeable. It took quite a bit of digging to find the chocolate slivers. I’m not sure if the slivers count as chocolate chips. Overall, the flavors were on the bland side and there was a chalkiness.

One serving (2/3 cup) is 230 calories, 18g total fat, 21g total carbs, 4g total sugars, and 8g protein. The main ingredients are whole milk and cream. It’s sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol.

The Crèmily Foundation programs empower girls globally. One hundred percent of Crèmily’s profits go to the charitable foundation.

Available flavors (pints): Peanut butter chocolate chip; Salted caramel; Strawberry; Chocolate; Café Gourmand; French vanilla

Crèmily also has a line of froyo pops but I haven’t seen them.

3 out of 5 stars.

You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
