Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland has a new plant-based flavor, Blueberry Pancake! Yogurtland describes it as follows: “Inspired by delicious blueberry pancakes, our new plant-based flavor is made with real blueberries and oat milk.” It’s gluten-free too.
Plant-Based Blueberry Pancake: I was impressed by how thick and creamy this was. Texture-wise, it’s a big hit. It’s thicker than most of their froyo flavors. I also liked the pretty color – it looks like blueberries – a light purple. And it tastes like blueberries with a hint of oats. I don’t taste pancakes but it definitely tastes different than your usual blueberry froyo. It seemed a bit sweeter too. There was no tang. Recommended toppings: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cap’n Crunch, blueberries, whipped cream. The cereal fits with the breakfast theme and adds a pleasant crunch.
